For the living room, bedrooms, and entryway, prices include furniture, lighting, textiles, and decor. For the kitchen and bathrooms, they also include fixtures, specifically kitchen cabinets, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. Structural work, plumbing, electrical work, or installation are not included. The “Fully Furnished Apartment” price corresponds to the estimate for a standard two-bedroom apartment (T2) of approximately 90 m². 03
Questions to ask before moving forward.
What's included, and what's not?
Estimated prices for an average-sized unit in the Portuguese market, ranging from the “Essential” to the “Free” level. The living room, bedrooms, and entryway refer to furniture, lighting, textiles, and decor; the kitchen and bathrooms include fixtures (kitchen cabinets, appliances, and tableware). These prices do not include structural work, plumbing, electrical work, or installation. The “fully furnished apartment” total corresponds to the sum of the rooms in a standard two-bedroom apartment (~90 m²); the final price depends on the actual area, the specific items, and the scope of work. Estimates include the cost of appliances and bathroom fixtures. Interior Guider reserves the right not to supply these items. Supply terms are defined in the commercial proposal.
Do I have to choose a level right now?
No. “Essential,” “Combined,” and “Flexible” are guidelines for determining the investment. In the project, we tailor each element individually, and a single home can combine different levels across rooms.
If I complete the Diagnostic, do I have to pay for Phase 1 again in the project?
No. The Psychoesthetic Diagnosis is Phase 1 of the project and is available as a standalone service. If you proceed to the full project, the amount you’ve already paid will be credited toward the total cost, and the process will continue from there.
How do I get started?
With the initial, free psychoaesthetic assessment. The next step is the Psychoaesthetic Diagnosis, where we analyze your profile and develop the concept. From there, the project begins.
Trabalham fora do Porto?
Yes. We work throughout the country. The project takes place in person or online, with the showroom serving as a meeting place whenever it makes sense.
Start by getting to know your profile.
The psycho-aesthetic test is the first step—and it's free. Then we'll guide you through the rest.
